How much does a Koko FitClub membership cost?
We have several membership options, each with convenient annual and month-to-month payment choices for every goal and budget. The best way to see what membership is right for you is to download a free guest pass to try us out risk-free!
Where are you located and when are you open?
We’re at 1105 Tryon Village Drive, Suite 302, in Cary, NC (Tryon Village shopping center). You can find our staffed hours, a map of our location, and our contact information on our home page, or call the club (919-851-2721) for details.

What kind of exercises do you do at Koko FitClub?
Strength. Cardio. Functional training. It’s all here at Koko FitClub, and it’s all customized and coached just for you. We’re unlike any other gym in the area, with a proven individualized coaching approach to exercise and nutrition, based on decades of exercise science.
Total-body strength training and interval-based cardio training are often regarded as the most effective and efficient ways to exercise. Workloads and rest times are precisely managed. Every movement is choreographed to squeeze out wasted time, to keep your heart rate elevated, and to ensure that each exercise or phase complements what came before and what comes next.
Of course, all this requires a level of expert planning and minute-to-minute coaching that is out-of-reach for most people on their own. That’s why we invented Koko FitClub. Our certified coaches and patented Koko Smartraining System do all the planning, customization and guidance for you, with 1:1 coaching every step of the way.
Does Koko really work?
Yes. Our digital technology and exercise algorithms are built around the same techniques used by Olympic athletes and celebrity personal trainers to get athletes and celebrities in amazing shape in the least amount of time. Will I need to do other exercises besides my Koko workouts?
You can, but you won’t need to. Every Koko Smartraining session is a full-body workout. Done consistently, Koko can easily be your only workout and you’ll see great results with just 2-3 sessions per week.
Of course, we certainly won’t talk you out of going for a swim, run or hike, and just taking a walk on a sunny day is always a good idea. We bet you’ll even enjoy those activities more because of your success with Koko!
How much time does a workout take?
Each Koko FitClub strength conditioning or functional training workout is just 30 minutes or less, and Koko Cardio is a fast-paced, high-intensity 15 minutes of climbing or hiking with an audio coach. Koko manages all the key elements of every workout; intensity, workload, and pace. And we squeeze out all wasted time so you get the maximum results in the shortest time possible.
The result is one 30-minute Koko Smartraining strength workout delivers the same benefits of a typical 90-minute gym workout for most people! And 15-minutes of Koko Cardio is TWICE as effective as a typical treadmill or elliptical workout.
Are there any staff people at Koko or is this only digital?
Koko FitClub is an individualized coaching gym. Our team of friendly, helpful, certified FitCoaches are here to coach you at the club daily during staffed hours. The team is part of our local community and is here to answer any questions while you’re at the club.
How can you be so much more affordable than personal trainers?

And, you have 1:1 coaching in-club and online to help you through it all. Do you have programs for people with chronic health concerns?
